Great service, with the initial order the wrong item was sent, slide sent instead however I still needed the hand grips and placed another order and raised issue too, customer service response was excellent, got refund and offers slide as complimentary and my paid 2nd order came through and looks great. So would use and order again.

Incredible Handgrips I recommend

Handles arrived 3 days after ordering which is quicker than advised. Came with all the fittings and have fitted onto my kids climbing frame (which I ordered from climbingframesuk.com) perfectly. The ladder on the climbing frame is now much safer
