My almost two year old loves this. I wanted something for him to play in the garden and this is perfect. It looks lovely, big enough for my toddler but doesn't take up too much space. Took about an hour and half to build. Would recommend a coat of varnish to prolong life. All in all great product for reasonable price.
Not sure how long it will last as the wood is quite thin, but my girls love it , so that's money well spent. Love the look of it and an excellent role play toy too.
The sandpit is lovely and my child has a lot of fun with it, but the quality is very average. The wood clearly hasn't been pressure treated and the whole thing is quite flimsy, so it will likely last two years tops. Reasonable for just £70 though!
The sandpit once built will give your child plenty of hours of joy i am sure as it is fun.
However, the wood is very cheap quality so I very much doubt it will last more than a couple of years.
The major issue is the amount of time to build it as it arrives in over 20 pieces along with dozens and dozens of screws and bolts.
You'll need 2 people and 2 hours spare so if you value your life don't bother wasting it by building this and just buy a plastic shell sandpit instead which does the same job
