Lovely, albeit wish I’d taken more notice and plotted dimensions! It’s smaller than expected ☹️ 4yr granddaughter has to mend down to get through door..

Product is excellent, exactly as was expecting it to be from the pictures. Only criticism would be fixing the chimney was a bit of a challenge. Screws provided struggled to go through the roof felt. In place now though and it looks great.

This is a fabulous little house - really smart when put together, and super easy for even the most inept DIY person (me) to put together. All pre-drilled screw holes and clear instructions. Bought it for a 2 year old who absolutely loves it! I would recommend getting the floor that goes with the house, really finishes it off nicely and makes sure that there's a clean safe base for them to play on. Really good quality - there wasn't anything else we found at this price point that came pre-painted and pre-treated, and most came with inferior quality wood and/or roof. 5 stars all the way!
