What is a School Shop Account?

The Big Game Hunters School Shop Account is a way for teachers and members of staff to log into our website and place orders without the need to enter details every time.

We offer instant 30 day credit for orders placed by schools online, so you can spend more time buying what is right for your school and less time entering card details.

We know time is precious when working in a school environment so it is designed to save you time and hassle.

Do I Need a School Shop Account to Order?

You don't need an account to order, but if you don't have an account you'll need to pay at the time of ordering with a debit/credit card. Creating an account gives you the option to pay on invoice after receiving your play equipment, making it really quick and easy to order.

What Information Do I Need to Give to Sign Up?

You'll be pleased to hear the form is short. We only require your school name, address and your contact information. We'll do the rest and email you with your unique username and password.

Can Our School Have Multiple Log-ins?

We like to keep things simple so we offer one log-in per school. If you'd like to order for a department in a different location and would like to change your delivery address, just let us know. Once the new address is authorised, we'll add this to your account.

What Payment Methods are Available?

With a School Shop Account, you can pay on invoice within 30 days or upfront with a debit/credit card. If you don't have an account, you can pay with a debit/credit card.

When Can I Expect Delivery?

We offer a really speedy delivery service. We despatch all orders the same day if placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri), and you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.

How Do I Order With a School Shop Account?

1. Login (Login button is at the top-right corner of every page)
2. Add products to the cart
3. Choose 'pay on account' at checkout
4. Enter your purchase order number when prompted

We'll despatch your order and send your invoice via email.

From your School Shop Account, you can also choose to pay with a credit/debit card if you prefer.
