Shipping

Once you’ve placed an order on Big Game Hunters, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the subject ‘’Order BGH XXXXX confirmed’’. If you cannot find it, please check your email spam folder! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the subject ‘’A shipment from order BGH is on the way’’.

We offer same-day dispatch on most items, for orders placed on a weekday before 12pm. Any orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. However please note, deliveries may take longer at peak times such as Christmas.

Shipping via Courier and Royal Mail 1st Class Post should arrive within 1-2 working days.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK. In order to deliver to a non UK address, you could have your order delivered to an address within the UK and then arrange the onward shipping with an international courier.

We offer a variety of delivery options, depending on the product you’ve ordered and where you live.

Please note: delivery options will be displayed at checkout when you have entered the delivery address. We apologise that not all options are always available.

Small Items (Such as board games):

★ Items under 2kg and under £30 in value should arrive within 2 working days via Royal Mail First Class

Medium Sized Items (Such as Sandpits & Croquet sets):

★ Standard Courier Delivery - items should arrive within 1 - 2 working days

Large Items (Such as our Tower Playhouses):

★ Special Courier Delivery - items 30kg and/or over 1.2m in length - will arrive two working days from dispatch

We don’t offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service; however, our couriers provide a prompt delivery service at most times and the the majority of orders arrive within 1-2 working days. However, please note - delivery times may be extended during peak periods, such as Christmas, due to the volume of parcels moving through Royal Mail and the courier networks.

Where you have provided us with a mobile number, your courier will contact you directly and confirm the expected delivery date. If the date is not suitable, you should contact the courier directly in order to reschedule it. It may be possible to change a delivery address if the order has not been processed. However, orders are usually processed within a couple of hours. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if you need to make a change.

Our couriers operate within most areas of the United Kingdom. Additional charges may be incurred for some areas of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, depending on the weight and dimensions of the product ordered. Costs will be confirmed when the delivery address is entered at checkout.

Orders

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the subject ‘’A shipment from order BGH is on the way’’. This email contains your consignment number and a link to the courier’s website where you will be able to track the delivery.

If the expected delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please get in touch via the contact us page and our customer success team will
investigate the matter with the courier.

If your order has not yet been processed, then we may be able to cancel or alter it for you. If we are able to do this for you, we will contact you and confirm the changes.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or alter orders that have already been processed and packed. Most orders will be processed and packed within half a working day.

If you haven’t received an email confirmation of your order, please check your email spam folder.

If, after 15 minutes, you still haven’t received an email, it is possible that your order didn’t go through successfully.

If this is the case, please check with your payment provider to see if a payment is pending. If a payment is not pending, please place a new order on our website and await the email confirmation.

Sometimes other websites advertise discounts that aren’t valid and won’t work.

Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control. Products that are on sale will show the original RRP and current price.

If you are looking to place a bulk order, please complete the contact us form and confirm which items you would like to order, how many of each, the delivery address, and when you require the order by.

Refunds and Returns

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please get in touch via the contact us page. Please provide us with the original order number, delivery address, and a summary of the issue.  A member of our customer success team respond to your query within 48 hours.

We will accept returns that are sent back to us promptly and are still in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been built and then disassembled. Returns must be packed in their original packaging and sealed with clear tape.

Unless the item is faulty, you will need to pay to return an item. Please return items in the original packaging, remove any labels from when you received the item and enclose a note confirming your details and the reason for the return. Please do not write on the packaging; just attach the courier return label.

For items that are too large to be posted, we recommend using a tracked courier service for the return. Try either Parcel2Go or ParcelMonkey to get a quote. Once the order arrives back in our warehouse, it will be quality checked, and then we can issue you a refund.

We do not offer exchanges, so if would like an alternative product, please place a new order online whilst we refund your old order.

We aim to provide spare parts for the majority of our products. If you cannot find the part you require on our website, please get in touch via the Contact Us form.

You’ll need to provide the original order number (if you have it), delivery address, and a description of the part(s) required. We’ll then check our warehouse to see if we have the replacement you’re after.

Current availability for stock is listed alongside products details on our website.

On every product page, you’ll find key information such as ‘what’s in the box’ and ‘technical specifications’. If you have a question about one of our products and can’t find the answer on the website, please get in touch via the contact us page and we’ll be able to find this information for you. 

The prices on our website are live and up to date. If you would like to enquire about a discount for a large or bulk order, please contact us via the contact us page including your Name, Billing & Delivery Address and contact details along with a list of the items your are interested in.

Your order will come with instructions on how to assemble the product. However, should you require another copy you will find a link to the assembly instructions for each product below the add to cart buttons on the relevant product page.

On each product page your will find a section entitled ‘’Technical specifications’’. Within this section, you’ll find key information including materials used and safety certifications.

Our products are manufactured in the UK, Europe, India, and China. Unfortunately we are not able to disclose specific details regarding our manufacturers. However if you have a concern, we have full traceability throughout our supply system and will be happy to respond to answer any queries you may have.

All of our products include a 1-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.

We aim to review and respond within 2 working days, however we usually respond in a shorter time period. Please do not return your item until you have been contacted by a customer service agent.

We work hard to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. However, if a pricing error arises, we will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated on your order and you may choose to either proceed with or cancel the order.
