If you have questions or queries relating to an order, please contact us using the form below. Our maximum response time is 2 working days but we will usually get back to you the same day.

Common Questions

For products that require assembly, you can find replacement instructions by navigating to the product page and click on the link 'View Product Instructions' just below the add to cart buttons.

Once you’ve placed an order on Big Game Hunters, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the subject ‘’Order BGH XXXXX confirmed’’. If you cannot find it, please check your email spam folder! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the subject ‘’A shipment from order BGH is on the way’’.

We offer same-day dispatch on most items, for orders placed on a weekday before 12pm. Any orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. However please note, deliveries may take longer at peak times such as Christmas.

Shipping via Courier and Royal Mail 1st Class Post should arrive within 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the subject ‘’A shipment from order BGH is on the way’’. This email contains your consignment number and a link to the courier’s website where you will be able to track the delivery.

If the expected delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please get in touch via the contact us page and our customer success team will
investigate the matter with the courier.

If your order has not yet been processed, then we may be able to cancel or alter it for you. If we are able to do this for you, we will contact you and confirm the changes.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or alter orders that have already been processed and packed. Most orders will be processed and packed within half a working day.

Some orders are dispatched in more than one parcel. More often than not your order will arrive altogether; however, on the odd occasion the courier may need to split up the delivery. If you’ve received a delivery and are missing some parcels, please contact the courier in the first instance.
