If you received an order confirmation email (it might be in your junk/spam folder!), your order has been placed successfully and will be delivered
Restrictions have lifted and it is still business as usual for 'the play experts'. This means that were still here to give advice, answer any questions and most importantly, process your orders as quickly and efficiently as ever.
We are open during 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are working around the clock to organise deliveries of new stock.
Products that are out of stock will have an estimated restocking date. Please enter your email address on the product page to ensure that you receive an email notifying you once the product is back in stock.
If there are any issues with your order you will be contacted by one of our play experts.
Although restrictions have lifted, we are continuing to be cautious. Our customers and employees' health and safety is our number one consideration in everything we do.
Couriers and delivery services are still affected due to low staff levels and increased numbers in isolation. We have to continue to suspend any next day or express services for the time being.
