We offer free delivery to England and Mainland Scotland on orders over £45. Delivery fees for orders under £45 are calculated based on the total weight of your order - if under 2kg they will be sent 1st class via Royal Mail, if over 2kg the price will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Non-Mainland Delivery Costs
Outside of mainland England and Scotland, delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and distance from our warehouses - the resulting shipping fee will be shown when you checkout.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order on our website for out-size items (Such as our larger Playhouses, Trampolines and professional size Basketball stands) for delivery to areas that involve transit by boat. Such areas include the Scottish Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Special delivery to these areas can be arranged by contacting our Customer Services team but please be aware that Courier fees for these regions start at £26.50.
If orders are placed by 12.30pm on a working business day, they are dispatched the same day and delivered within 1 to 2 days. Orders placed after 12.30pm will be processed on the next working day. However, at peak periods, such as Black Friday weekend, deliveries may take longer due to the volume of parcels handled by our courier network.
If you have an item that you need to have delivered by a specific date, please contact our Customer Services team to arrange a special delivery.
Delivery Notifications & Tracking Orders
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified by email, using the email address provided when the order was placed. You should receive tracking information for your order via email, or text and email if you have provided us with a mobile number.
Unfortunately we cannot track items sent with Royal Mail at this time.
Please be aware that out-size items (such as our larger Playhouses) may be delivered in multiple boxes and that from time to time our Couriers may not be able to deliver all boxes in a single delivery. If you are concerned that you have not received all of the items and parts associated with your order, please contact the courier delivering your items in the first instance.
Contents Shown on Packaging
Please also be aware that some of our products are delivered in packaging with images of the contents on the box. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver items in plain packaging so please bear this in mind if you are ordering gifts.
