I have purchased a carrom bord which had some black spots on it. Lea contacted me and asked me to send some pictures, after 30 minutes of spending the email, I have received an email offering a replacement bord, which I have happily excepted. Since I have ordered online I didn't have much hope of a replacement, but Lea from BGH promptly contacted me and swiftly arranged a replacement bord. The replacement carrom bord is scheduled to be delivered today which is a day after my initial complaint.
