Finally have been able to erect our Redwood Penthouse. Easy assembly for two people and in the process of painting and preserving at the moment. It looks amazing and I know our Grandchildren cannot wait to see it. There were a couple of minor issues with gaps, but nothing that cannot be rectified ourselves. However we did strengthen the floor underneath with another length of timber, because it felt very springy - just to be on the safe side. Encountered no problems with Big Game Hunters and we would definitely recommend this company and the playhouse.
Ordered the house for 2 year old granddaughters birthday.

However knocked a star off for lack of customer service i did email as no phone contact but received no response. I needed ask some questions but had no reply
Have just assembled Redwood penthouse playhouse for our granddaughter and the look on her face when she first saw it has made the 3 hours assembly time so worth it. she loves it and it looks great. Best playhouse EVER!
This house is fun and quirky. Perfect for our little one. My husband and I put it together. The smell of the Redwood is gorgeous and the quality excellent. The instructions were clear to follow and even the boxes were numbered and clearly labelled to assist in a smooth construction. Our daughters love it.
This tower playhouse includes the Redwood Mansion which sits proudly on top of a 50cm high platform, so you have the benefit of the large internal space that little ones can grow into, while the platform is low enough to suit younger children too. The front panel and both side panels feature opening windows.
The Redwood Penthouse now arrives completely unpainted, giving you the opportunity to get creative. Enjoy family time while customising your playhouse in creative ways - add a splash of paint in your children's favourite colours.
With a name plaque, letterbox, three opening windows and a chimney, there's so much to explore and inspire imaginative play.
All parts are made with very thick Fir wood for ultimate strength and durability.
Assembly is super simple; the panels come complete as we've already fixed the door and windows into them. Simply fix the panels together using the predrilled holes and clearly labelled screws (included).
