This Boules set has a beautifully finished off carry case and is ideal as a gift or just for using at home. The 8 metal boules have a Rust-Free protective layer and come as 4 pairs of 2, with each pair having its own distinct markings to allow players to identify their own boules. This set also comes with a handy magnetic lifter to help you pick up your boules after each end without having to bend down.
Boules is a traditional French game that can often be seen played in small towns and villages. This game could also be referred to as Petanque or Petanque Boules however they are just variations of the game which all use the same set of metal Boules. The aim of the game is to try and throw your Boules as close to the jack (the little ball) as possible. You can also knock the opponents Boule away from the Jack by landing your Boule on or next to the opponents.
Not only is this game fun but it also builds accuracy and co-ordination skills.
